1. Shipments
Delivery times
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 pm (local time) are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery times may vary according to destination:

Delivery charges
Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the destination. They will be displayed during the checkout process. We offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount:

Europe: Free delivery on orders over €250

International: Free delivery on orders over €300
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time using the link provided in this e-mail.
2. Returns
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags.
Return procedure

Contact our customer service department at contact@s-keidgi.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).

Pack items carefully in their original packaging.

Include a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number (RMA).

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We recommend that you use a tracking service to return your package.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your package. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a few business days.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns procedure above and place a new order for the desired item. The cost of returning the original item is borne by the customer.
4. Problems with your order
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department at contact@s-keidgi.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to solving the problem quickly and efficiently.
